Who We Are
We are a locally owned plumbing and gasfitting business, licensed under QBCC No: 15024607 for plumbing and drainage and gasfitting. No call centres, no franchise front, no named faces on the website: just the team that turns up and does the work.
From a leaky mixer tap to a complete drain clearance, our plumbers and gasfitters bring that licence to each job. The work stays inside what it covers: water, drainage and gas.
How We Work
The price comes first
You get a fixed quote before any work starts, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Lifetime Labour Warranty
Each job is done by a licensed plumber under QBCC No: 15024607, and a lifetime labour warranty covers the labour.
Pay on the spot
Once the work is finished, you settle the bill on site using card or EFTPOS. Nothing to post, nothing to chase down later.
Where We Work
Most of our week is spent on streets the estate boom built between the late 1970s and the mid-1990s, after the sewers arrived. Those houses are now on their second or third round of hot water tanks, mixers and flexi hoses, which is the work covered in depth across this site:
- Emergency plumbing for burst pipes, flooded toilets, showers that run cold and suspected gas leaks
- General plumbing for tap and toilet repairs, bathrooms, kitchens, hidden leaks and gas work
- Drainage for blocked drains, sewer and stormwater clears and CCTV camera runs
- Hot water for repairs and full system replacements
We also run regular jobs through Ferny Hills, Keperra and Upper Kedron, so those three are never a stretch to add to the run sheet.

A Licence You Can Verify
The licence number on this page can be checked against the QBCC's public register before you call, which is the detail that matters when you are letting someone into your house.
If you want the full picture of what we do and how we charge, the FAQ and contact pages carry the rest.
Questions About the Business
Call (07) 3067 4289Who actually does the plumbing work?
A small team of plumbers and gasfitters working under QBCC No: 15024607, the same crew returning to the same streets week after week, so you often get someone who has seen your block before.
Are you a licensed plumber?
Yes, licensed for plumbing, drainage and gasfitting, which covers all the water, drain and gas work we take on across this part of Brisbane's north, and anyone can look the licence number up before calling.
Which suburbs do you service?
Ferny Grove plus the streets around it, and our run regularly takes in Ferny Hills, Keperra and Upper Kedron, so any of them is an easy one to add to the week.
How does pricing work?
The agreed price is documented in writing ahead of the work, and when everything wraps up you pay on site by card or EFTPOS, with nothing left to chase afterwards.
Can you come out the same day?
Calling early gives the best chance of a plumber turning up before the day fills up, though booked jobs can change the plan, so ring as soon as you know.
How do I book a plumber?
Call (07) 3067 4289, tell us what is happening and where, and we can lock in a time, quote the job up front and get it sorted for you.
